BIS FMCS (Foreign Manufacturers Certification Scheme) is a certification scheme introduced by the Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS) for manufacturers located outside India. Under this scheme, foreign manufacturers can obtain a BIS license and legally sell their products in the Indian market.
