Our family's flight from Boston Logan International Airport (BOS) Terminal on Southwest Airlines BOS Terminal was fantastic. The staff was very kind and accommodating, especially with our children and elderly parents, and the check-in process went smoothly from the moment we arrived. The terminal had plenty of seating and dining options to keep everyone happy and comfortable prior to the flight, and it was tidy and well-organized. The crew on board was friendly and helpful the entire time, and boarding went smoothly. Traveling as a family was made much easier by the stress-free trip. We are excited to take Southwest flights from BOS once more!
