Ladbrokes and McClean bookies fail to block competing stores' expansions

A judge dismissed attempts by both Ladbrokes and McClean bookmakers to judicially evaluate planning decisions in favour of Toals and Sean Graham.

The judge at Belfast High Court said he would provide reasons for his choice at a later phase.

The legal proceedings had actually been provided over applications for the expansion of two shops in the city centre.
