Your mortgage computation


The maximum quantity you can obtain on a mortgage is computed based upon:


- The annuity mortgage with a 30-year term. If you select a different type of mortgage, the month-to-month payment might alter.

In the Netherlands, you can borrow up to 100% of the value of the residential or commercial property. The optimum amount you can borrow on a mortgage is determined based upon 2 things:


- Your income.

- The value of the residential or commercial property you want to buy.
