Your mortgage computation
The maximum quantity you can obtain on a mortgage is computed based upon:
- The annuity mortgage with a 30-year term. If you select a different type of mortgage, the month-to-month payment might alter.

Include 100% of the allowances
Allowances and specific benefits can be included fully from 1 July 2024 if they are demonstrably fixed, long-term, payable in cash and have been awarded unconditionally for the applicant's entire work term. This type of information is defined on company's declarations, in employment agreements or in a customer's Collective Labour Agreement (CLA).
Borrow 100% of the value of the residential or commercial property
In the Netherlands, you can borrow up to 100% of the value of the residential or commercial property. The optimum amount you can borrow on a mortgage is determined based upon 2 things:
- Your income.
- The value of the residential or commercial property you want to buy.

Current mortgage interest rate
The interest you pay on your mortgage impacts your monthly mortgage payment.
